Has experience in Physical Oceanography and Remote Sensing, focusing on Altimeter and Scaterometer Radars, Radiometric Satellites, Ocean Circulation Modeling and Ocean-Atmosphere Interactions. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Oceanography of the Federal University of Rio Grande, where he is coordinator of the Laboratory of Dynamical and Satellite Oceanography.
