Gabriela Campos Zeineddine

He holds a PhD in Biodiversity of Coastal Environments from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2024), a master's degree in Sustainability of Coastal Ecosystems (2016) and a degree in Marine Biology (2013). He has produced research in the area of #8203;#8203;Human Ecology and Social Management (with fishermen), Resources and Fisheries Management. He has worked in the area of #8203;#8203;fisheries resources and fisheries engineering (shrimp farming, freshwater ichthyology, environmental education and fisheries management in conservation units). He has worked for the last five years with fishing activities in Brazilian oceanic islands (Trindade and Martins Vaz Archipelago and São Pedro and São Paulo Archipelago and Fernando de Noronha Archipelago), mainly with conflict management and coordination of the volunteer program for fishing monitoring. For the past three years, she has worked in fisheries management at ICMBio Noronha as a temporary employee and as a volunteer at ICMBio Grandes Unidades Oceânicas, where she has worked directly with the traditional population related to conflicts over overlapping areas (terms of commitment, technical camera, support in the local council), and local fisheries management.She has a leadership profile, ease in communication and problem-solving, practicality, organization, determination and perseverance in achieving defined goals for professional satisfaction, as well as ease in communicating with different audiences (mainly traditional communities).
