Associate Dean of the Computer Engineering Program and Professor in the Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, and Executive Education programs at INSPER. Since 2010, she has worked as a corporate consultant in Agile Methodologies, Software Engineering, and Technical Debt, serving companies in Brazil and abroad, including Refactory.com, Growth Hackers, Nubank, PagSeguro, Questor, Grupo Schuman, among others. She is also a startup mentor in programs such as Inovativa Brasil and IdeiaGov. She serves as a board member of the MyLegacy Institute and as a project evaluator for the Centelha program in various states. Every year, she is part of the scientific committee of several research events in Brazil and is a reviewer for the IEEE Access journal. She received the IBM Ph.D. Fellowship Award, a prestigious global award granted by IBM. In Brazil, only two students were selected, making this award highly competitive (2013). She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science, specializing in Software Engineering, Technical Debt, and Agile Methodologies, from the University of São Paulo - IME/USP (2012-2018), and a Master's degree in Computer Science, focusing on Software Engineering, from the Federal University of Pernambuco, Brazil (2009-2011).
