Möbius Syndrome (MS) is a rare congenital disorder characterized by total or partial paralysis of the VI (abducens) and VII (facial) cranial nerves, with or without the involvement of other cranial nerves ( III, V, IX, X) and physical malformations, especially in the limbs.
