I am a General Pharmacist (UFG), Master in Pharmaceutical Sciences (UFG) and Doctor in Sciences (FCFRP - USP). He did his PhD at the New Jersey Center for Biomaterials (Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey - USA). I work as Adjunct Professor in the Pharmacy Course of UFSJ-CCO, of which I was vice-coordinator from 2019 to 2021; and currently I coordinate the Strictu Sensu Graduate Program in Pharmaceutical Sciences of UFSJ. Member of the Brazilian Association of Pharmaceutical Sciences (ABCF). I work in the following areas: I) development and innovation (RD) of pharmaceutical, herbal, nutraceutical and dental products; ii) engineering, characterization and performance evaluation of drug delivery systems; iii) promotion of permeation by alternative routes of administration; iv) planning and multivariate analysis of pharmaceutical unit operations; v) development and validation of hyphenated analytical methods; vi) systematic reviews of the literature. Furthermore, I coordinate extension actions of health education related to the promotion of rational use of medicines in general and appreciation of the Pharmaceutical Professional.
