Cristina Dai Prá Martens holds a Postdoctoral degree from CERAG/UPMF - Université Pierre Mendès-France (Grenoble, France - 2010) in the field of Entrepreneurship and Strategy; a Ph.D. in Business Administration, with a focus on Information and Decision Support Systems, from PPGA/EA/UFRGS (2009), with a dissertation on Entrepreneurial Orientation; a Masters degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis on Information and Decision Support Systems, from PPGA/EA/UFRGS (2001); a specialization in University Management from Centro Universitário UNIVATES (2006); a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from UPF - Universidade de Passo Fundo (1994); and training in Group Dynamics from SBDG (2004). She is a CNPq PQ-2 Research Productivity Fellow, with a project approved under CNPq Call No. 09/2023 (second cycle). She coordinates a Universal Project funded by the current CNPq call for the period 2024 to 2026. She is the coordinator of the Graduate Program in Business Administration (PPGA) at Universidade Nove de Julho - UNINOVE (since December 2024). She coordinated the Graduate Program in Project Management (PPGP) Professional Master's and Doctorate in Business Administration at UNINOVE from December 2012 to March 2025. She has been a member of the Organizing Committee of SINGEP International Symposium on Management, Project, Innovation, and Sustainability since 2012 (and served as Committee Chair from 2018 to 2024). She is the leader of the Research Group on Project Management (PPGP-UNINOVE), a member of the Research Group on Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Sustainable Business (PPGA-UNINOVE), and a member of AI4M Research Group on Artificial Intelligence for Management (PPGA and PPGP-UNINOVE). She is Editor-in-Chief of the journal Inovação, Projetos e Tecnologias IPTEC. She is also the leader of Theme 1 Management of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Projects, within the ITE (Innovation, Technology, and Entrepreneurship) division of ANPAD for the 20252027 term. She teaches the following subjects: Frontiers of Knowledge in Entrepreneurship, Dissertation Project Seminar, and Professional Thesis Seminar. Her areas of interest include Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurial Orientation, Project Management, IT Adoption, Digital Transformation, and Socio-environmental Impact Businesses.
