Waldir Alves Rodrigues Junior

B. Sc. in Physics from Universidade de São Paulo (1968) and doctorate in Physics from Universitá di Torino (1971). Has experience in Mathematics, focusing on Applied Mathematics, acting on the following subjects: Clifford Algebras, Clifford bundles, foundations of relativity and quantum mechanics. He was the "editor in chief" of the Springer-Birkhäuser journal: Advances in Applied Clifford Algebras until december 2015 (now emeritus editor). On March 20 2012 he received the prestigious honours medal from Paul Sabatier University (Toulouse) for his work on apllications of Clifford algebras to Mathematicsl Physics. He is author of several books as e.g. : The Many Faces of Maxwell, Dirac and Einstein Equations. A Clifford Bundle Approach. Lecture Notes in Physics 722, Springer, Heidelberg, 2007.
