Chemistry (UNICAMP, Brazil) with Specialization in Clinical and Forensic Toxicology, Doctorate in Organic Synthesis (UNICAMP, Brazil) and Post-Doctorate in Cellular and Molecular Toxicology of Free Radicals (UNICAMP, Bolsa Recem Doutor CNPq - 2 years) and in Injuries of Nucleic Acids (CNRS, France, FAPESP Scholarship-3 months). Certified in the course "Evaluation of the Safety of Cosmetics in the European Union" by the University of Brussels, Belgium. Among other activities in Brazil, she was Technical Manager of Clinical Research at Allergisa Pesquisa Dermatocosmética, HPLC Specialist at Alcon Laboratórios, Product Safety Manager at Natura, Research Coordinator at Universidade Bandeirantes (UNIBAN) and Professor of the Specialization Course in Cosmetology at Universities Oswaldo Cruz (Brazil) for 19 years. Member of the Brazilian Society of Toxicology - SBTox, of the Hispanic Organization of Toxicologists-HOT/SOT, of the Society of Toxicology - SOT and of the Brazilian Association of Mutagenesis and Environmental Genomics - MUTAGEN-Brasil. She is Director of the Harris Institute, a company specialized in supporting innovation and evaluating chemical safety and risk for ingredients and products, working in the cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and food supplements areas.
