PhD in Food Science by School of Pharmaceutical Sciences of University of Sao Paulo (USP), with sandwich fellowship at University of Pennsylvania. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and Biochemistry and master's in Food Science from Universidade de São Paulo. I have experience in Food Science and Technology, acting on the following subjects: food safety, food quality , bromatology, new products development and functional food.
