Research areas include history of Brazilian and international modern architecture, focusing mainly on the US-Brazil relationship. Emphasis on studies of Theory and History of Architecture.PhD's thesis published in book form in 2017. Master in Urban Environmental Structures at the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism at the University of São Paulo - FAU (2003), with CNPq scholarship. Theme developed around the history of urban planning and development of the city of Florianópolis and its interaction with the environment. Master's thesis published in book form in 2007. Bachelor of Architecture and Urban Planning at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (1997). Emphasis on professional practice in MA ARCHITECTS (2003-2006), headquartered in New York, USA (www.ma.com), American office established by Aldo Rossi. Architect owner - Debora Lima Architecture (www.dl-arquitetura.com), office with emphasis on restoration of fallen modern buildings or tipping process by historical heritage, revitalization and reform in general.
