He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Administration, as well as a Master's and Ph.D. in Administration, with a research focus on People Management. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, teaching both online and in-person courses. He also serves as an Associate Professor and member of the Structuring Teaching Nucleus of the Administration and International Relations programs at Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia (IMT), and as a Professor in the Administration program at Faculdade de Tecnologia Termomecânica. Additionally, he is a Consultant at Integração Escola de Negócios. In his academic career, he was a professor in the Stricto Sensu graduate program in Administration at Universidade Metodista de São Paulo, where he led a project financed by FAPESP. As an administrator at Universidade Metodista, he held positions as Dean of the School of Administration and Economics, Coordinator of the Higher Technology Course in Human Resources Management, and was a member of both the Permanent Evaluation Committee and several Structuring Teaching Nuclei across various programs.In a technical role, he served as Project Manager for Distance Learning (EAD), overseeing the creation and consolidation of the EAD Project at Universidade Metodista. Outside the academic environment, he was an entrepreneur, corporate training manager, and electronic technician. He holds certifications in Readiness and Potential Assessment Instruments and Integral Human Potential Development. In research, he coordinates the project "Developing Leadership in University Students" at Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia and is a member of the Research Group "Entrepreneurship and the Future of Work: Career and Education" at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
