Aline Vieira

Bachelor's and Licentiate's degrees in Biological Sciences from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (PUC - Campinas) (Started in 2008/completed in 2011). I interned in a laboratory specializing in Microbiology at the Biology Institute of the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP). Later, I completed Technical Training in Food Microbiology at the Dairy Technology Center (TECNOLAT) of the Food Technology Institute (ITAL). For 4 years (2013-2016), I was part of the research group of the Immunoinflammation Laboratory at the Biology Institute of UNICAMP, where I did a one-year internship and later obtained my Master's degree. For a period of five months (2017), I worked as a service provider for the company Natura in the area of molecular biology. I am currently a PhD student at the Laboratory of Emerging Virus Studies at the Institute of Biology/UNICAMP, where I am developing a project aimed at characterizing the role of the initial immune response against the Oropouche virus (OROV).
