Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of Campinas (2002) and Master (2006) and Ph.D. (2012) in Electrical Engineering from the State University of Campinas. In addition, in 2013, Marcos worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Princeton University (NJ, USA) in the department of "Operations Research and Financial Engineering" (ORFE). He has experience in the field of Electrical Engineering, with an emphasis on Electric Power Systems, working mainly on the following topics: planning, control, dynamic simulations and modeling of non-linear systems. Since February 2010 he has been working in the design and development of projects in the areas of technology, innovation, development of high-performance systems, big-data, machine intelligence and in Research and Development projects.
