Patricia Gon Corradini

Having earned her Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the Federal University of Espírito Santo in 2010, she went on to pursue her Master's degree in Chemistry in 2012, and later completed her Ph.D. in Chemistry in 2017, both at the Institute of Chemistry of São Carlos (IQSC), University of São Paulo. Her academic journey led her to work as a dedicated researcher at the esteemed LIEC (Interdisciplinary Laboratory of Electrochemistry and Ceramics) at the Federal University of São Carlos (UFScar). Currently, she serves as a respected professor and researcher at the Instituto Federal Fluminense-campus Itaperuna, actively contributing to the LAQUA (Laboratory of Chemical and Agro-environmental Analysis). Throughout her career, she has specialized in Chemistry, with a keen focus on Physical Chemistry, Electrochemistry, and Photochemistry. Her research endeavors have been primarily centered around several significant areas, including the remediation of polluting compounds, environmental analysis, catalysis and photocatalysis, corrosion, ethanol oxidation reaction, carbon dioxide reduction, and water splitting.
