Sociologist, political economist and socio-environmentalist. Associate Professor IV at the University of Brasília, CNPq Researcher in Productivity, Technological Development and Extension 2, works in undergraduate, specialization and postgraduate studies at UnB linked to the UnB Planaltina Faculty and the Latu Sensu Postgraduate Program - CTS Multiprofessional Residency - Habitat, Agroecology, CTS Policy / Solidarity Economy and Ecosystem Health at FAU / UnB, coordinator of the Center for Science, Technology and Society Policy - NPCTS / CEAM - UnB Rectorate. Advisor to 94 undergraduate researchers, 09 master's students, 05 doctoral students, as well as 68 scientific initiation researchers and 80 extension scholarship holders from 1990 to 2022. 48 published articles and 17 books (individual and collective). Current project lines (2023/25): Digital platforms at the service of workers for self-management in popular productive organizations (CNPq and FAPDF); Social Development and Neighborhood Economy Plan together with basic architecture and participatory urban planning projects for the Periferia Viva Program (Min. das Cidades) through the CTS Post-Residency Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning/FAU-UnB focusing on the Great Transition strategies CADUNICO #128073; Microprojects and local action programs for the generation of qualified work, income and continued employment with scientific and technological policy for the Solidarity Economy in eight value chains for a national project of reindustrialization and solidarity platformization on socio-environmental bases in Brazil.
