Biologist and lawer (OAB 530.000) with more than 16 years of experience in Biochemistry, R D and Intellectual Property, being for 8 years in charge of the Department of Trademarks and Patents of the NC Group (NC Pharma: national pharmaceutical laboratories like EMS, Legrand, Germed, New Chemistry, Novamed, CPM and international BRACE Pharma, NC Invest, ACS) where she led a team of 5 professionals who worked to ensure respect for industrial property rights in the management of the NC Group's portfolio of patents and patents (more than 80 patent applications and more of 2300 trademarks) and evaluation of the FTO of the products to be launched (analysis of packaging layout, feasibility of brands and evaluation of patents from the raw material, transport route to the final product). She acted as Manager of Trademarks and Patents in the pharmaceutical laboratory EMS S / A and collaborating researcher at the Hemocentro (Unicamp) from 2009 to 2017. She served as Director of Intellectual Property of Abifina from 2016 to 2018. She participated in the Working Group on Intellectual Property of the Group Executive of the Industrial Health Complex (GECIS) from 2016-2017. She acted as Executive Manager of Intellectual Property in the group Hypermarcas (Hypera Pharma, Mantecorp, Cosmed, Brainfarma) from March 2017 to April 2018.
