Coordinator of the graduate program in Cultural Management and Policy at the Observatório Itau Cultural, Sao Paulo, in cooperation with University of Girona, Spain. from its inception in 2008 until its end in 2020. Has published a number of books on art and culture. As a fiction writer awarded the Portugal Telecom Literary Prize in 2007 for his novel A Natural History of Dictatorship.
