BA in Physics (State University of Rio de Janeiro), Master (MSc) in Nuclear Engineering and Energy Planning (Federal University of Rio de Janeiro) and PhD in Nuclear Technology (University of Sao Paulo - USP), with emphasis on technology management and innovation. Former Coordinator for Science & Technology (Secretariat of Economic Development, Science and Technology - State of Sao Paulo): 2011-july 2013. Former Professor, PhD in graduate program IPEN-University of Sao Paulo; Former Project Coordinator of the Center for Technology Policy and Management (University of Sao Paulo) and former Scientific Coordinator of the Technology Park of Sorocaba Project. Has experience in management of technology and innovation, with emphasis on Science and Technology Planning, acting on the following subjects: science and technology parks; innovative habitat (incubators centers and technology clusters); development of metropolitan regions; entrepreneurship and business management. Former member of the boards of the following organizations: Technology Park of Botucatu, Technology Park of Piracicaba (APLA), Technology Park of Sao Jose dos Campos Association, Technology Park of Sao Jose do Rio Preto, Technology Park of Santos Foundation, High Technology Park Sao Carlos Foundation, Technology Park Sorocaba Public Company, Research and Innovation Campinas-UNICAMP Science Park, SIRIUS Monitoring Project Council - National Research Center for Energy and Materials (Campinas); Institute for Nuclear and Energy Research (IPEN).
