Cristiane Otero Reis Salum

Associate professor at the Federal University of ABC, at the Center for Mathematics, Computing and Cognition and researcher at the Interdisciplinary Center for Applied Neuroscience at the same institution. PhD in Psychobiology - from the Faculty of Sciences and Letters of Ribeirão Preto, University of São Paulo (2000) with sandwich internships at the University of London and the University of Leicester (1997-1999). Post-doctorate in the area of Neurophysiology at the Faculty of Dentistry of Ribeirão Preto, University of São Paulo (2004-2007) and at the Hôpital de la Salpetrière (INSERM) - Paris-França (2008). She works in the areas of Neuropsychopharmacology of schizophrenia and Computational Modeling of Neural Processes with an emphasis on the following topics: schizophrenia, neuroinflammation, antioxidants, animal models of neurodevelopment, sensorimotor filter.
