Fernando Menegatti de Melo

Bachelor in Chemistry from the University of São Paulo (USP) and Doctor of Science from the same institution (2017), with a sandwich period at the Royal Institute of Technology, KTH, Sweden, he was a Temporary Professor MS-III at the Institute of Chemistry of USP and main researcher of the FAPESP program "Pesquisa Innovativa em Pequenas Empresas - PIPE" where he worked on the development of multifunctional nanostructured composites for application in non-destructive tests. Today, he is responsible for the Research and Innovation Center of Montana Química Ltda., a multinational company specialized in the treatment, protection, preservation and finishing of wood and a Collaboration Researcher at the Institute of Chemistry of USP, creating advanced nanomaterials in developing sustanable infrastructure.
