He holds a degree in Philosophy from the University of São Paulo (1989), a master's degree in Philosophy from the Federal University of São Carlos (1996) and a doctorate in Philosophy from the University of São Paulo (2001) .Postdoctorate at City University of New York (2015). Postdoctorate at the State University of São Paulo - Araraquara (2023). He is currently Associate Professor at the State University of Maringá. Member of the International Herbert Marcuse Society (2009) and Research Group Critical Theory and Education (2018). Has experience in Philosophy, focusing on Critical Theory, acting on the following subjects: critical theory of society and Marxism, Herbert Marcuse , Walter Benjamin, Theodor Adorno and Max Horkheimer, Aesthetics, Social and Political Philosophy, Ideological Criticism and Culture Industry.
