Bachelor's at Engenharia Eletrônica from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (1986) and doctorate at Geophysics from Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais (1995). Associate professor researcher at the Universidade do Vale do Paraíba - UNIVAP, 2000-2016 and CNPq researcher level 2, 2003 to 2016. He has experience in the areas of Geophysics: Physics Sun relationship - Earth, solar physics, nonlinear physics ionosphere interaction waves; and Electrical and Computer Engineering: analog and digital systems, automation, maintenance, home, building and industrial elétircas installations, electrical materials and control. Referee at Annales Geophysicae - AnnGeo, Geophysical Research Letters - GRL, Journal Geophysics Research- JGR, Journal of Geophysical - RBGf and Trends in Applied and Computational Mathematics - TEMA publications.
