Graduate in Chemistry from University of São Paulo (2001) and PhD in Inorganic Chemistry from University of São Paulo, Brazil (2007). He is currently a researcher in Supramolecular Chemistry Laboratory and Nanotechnology - IQ / USP. He works on Supramolecular Chemistry and Nanotechnology, acting on the following topics: Molecular Nanotechnology, Nanomaterials, nanocomposites, supramolecular chemistry, metal complexes and compounds of inclusion. Currently, his research interests is focused on development of preparation methods of metal and metal oxides nanoparticles, including strategies for chemical control on the surface and interfaces, aiming applications in nanomedicine, nanofluids and nanocomposites. He has been focusing on technological projects in partnership with industries, aiming the implementation of nanotechnology processes and technology transfer to the productive sector.
