Has experience in Medicine, focusing on Medicine, acting on the following subjects: Pelvic câncers with enfasis in Pelvic Exenteration, Citoreductive Surgery and Hipertermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy; Reconstructive surgery in Urology in special with Double Barreled wet colostomy; Urologic and Ginecologic Cancer and soft Tissue SarcomasMedical degree from the Federal University of Bahia (1994) and a Master's degree in Oncology from Fundação Antônio Prudente (2003) and a PhD in Oncology from Fundação Antônio Prudente (2010), and Full Professor in Uro-Oncology - Campinas Estate University and Guest Professor, Faculty of Medical Sciences, Santa Casa de São Paulo. Has experience in the field of Oncology, with emphasis in Pelvic Oncology, working mainly on the following subjects: Urological Tumors (Prostate, Kidney, Bladder, Penis, Testicular, Adrenal) and retroperitoneum (Sarcomas); Minimally Invasive Surgery (laparoscopic and robotic), Pelvic Exenteration; double-barreled wet colostomy.He is currently the General Coordinator of the Oncological Surgery, and Genomic Medicine Departments and The Robotic Program of BP - A Beneficência Portuguesa de São Paulo.
