Holds a doctorate from the Institute of Chemistry at USP (IQ-USP), having been part of the Electroactive Materials Laboratory led by Prof. Dr. Susana Torresi. Conducted a research visit at Southampton University (United Kingdom), in the Electrochemistry Laboratory of Prof. Dr. Phil N. Bartlett, as well as a doctoral research visit at the University of New South Wales (Australia), in the Smart Materials and Interfaces Lab, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. J. Justin Gooding. Completed postdoctoral research at the Laboratory of Bioelectrochemistry, IQSC-USP São Carlos, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Frank Crespilho.His research focuses on (bio)sensors, bioelectrochemistry in proteins, carbon nanomaterials, scanning tunneling microscopy, and spectroscopies. He has extensive experience in (bio)sensors, micro- and nanofabrication of structured platforms, interfacial physical chemistry, electrodeposition, spectroscopic methodsparticularly Raman/SERSsemiconductor electrochemistry, light-activated electrochemistry, carbon nanomaterials (graphene and CNTs), as well as scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM).
