Nadine Marques Nunes Galbes

Graduated in Nutrition from the School of Public Health at the University of São Paulo - FSP-USP (2009). Specialist in Physical Activity, Physical Exercise and Psychobiological Aspects at Federal University of São Paulo - Unifesp (2012). Master's in Science from the Nutrition in Public Health program at FSP-USP (2016), with a focus on communication about food, nutrition and health. PhD from the Public Health program at FSP-USP (2023), with a focus on Nutrition Epistemology and the incorporation of sustainability. Mentor of Sustentarea, a USP Research and Extension Center focused on scientific dissemination, dialog and promotion of healthy and sustainable eating. Assistant Researcher at the Josué de Castro Chair of Healthy and Sustainable Food Systems, an interdisciplinary space for reflection and knowledge production on food systems based at FSP-USP. She has experience in the areas of Food Systems; Sustainability; Epistemology of Nutrition; Communication in food, nutrition and health; Food and Nutrition Education; and Sports Nutrition.
