Rodrigo Souza Santos

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho (IBILCE/UNESP), São José do Rio Preto/SP campus, completed in 2000; a Master's and a Ph.D. in Agronomy with a concentration in Agricultural Entomology from São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho (FCAV/UNESP), completed in 2004 and 2007, respectively. Has experience in Agronomy, with an emphasis on Agricultural Entomology, focusing mainly on the following topics: Integrated Pest Management and Biological Control of pests. Currently, serves as a Researcher A at the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation (Embrapa), Agroforestry Research Center (CPAFAC), Rio Branco, AC unit, working in the field of Integrated Pest Management for agricultural, forestry, and pasture pests. Also serves as a master's advisor in the Graduate Program in Plant Production at the Federal University of Acre (UFAC). Additionally, is a member of the editorial board of the journals *Agrotrópica* and *Thoreauvia*, and participates in the Local Publications Committee (CLP) of Embrapa Acre. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
