Agnaldo de Souza Gonçalves received his PhD degree in Chemistry from the Institute of Chemistry,São Paulo State University - UNESP, after a sandwich stay at the Center for advanced Science and Innovation, Osaka University, Japan. He works at RDI since the year 2000 focused on energy conversion by using nanostructured materials, especially related to solar cells (perovskite and dye-sensitized). He has experience on academic issues, enterpreneurship and industrial property. He was the sole inventor of 2 filings for patenting flexible solar cell modules of low power for his own startup company. He graduated in Law at UNIP/Limeira. He is a lawyer (OAB/SP 439.556) and has taken many courses devoted to Industrial Property. He is a Professor at the MBA in Energy, at IPT/USP, in which he teaches energy rights, regulatory issues and energy transition. From 2022 to the begining of 2025 he was the scientific manager at CINE, wherein he carried out management activities on key performance indicators (KPI), scientific publications, industrial property, organizing scientific events, among others.
