PhD in Sociology of Culture (USP/2023) and Master in Cultural Studies and Graduated in Social Sciences from the University of São Paulo (USP). He was one of the organizers of the book After the Last Film Session: SPcine, Audiovisual and Democracy (2021). He was curator of the History of Cultural Policies Debate Cycles in Brazil at CPF / SESC-SP. He is a professor at the Free Course on Contemporary Cultural Production (20 editions) Programming and Curatorship. In 2019, he published the article The creation of the Ministry of Culture in the redemocratization of Brazil in Tempo Social / USP magazine. He coordinated the Municipal Circuit of Culture in the city of São Paulo. He was curator of Virada Cultural in 2014 and 2015. He was a member of the Management Board of Auditorio Ibirapuera Oscar Niemeyer (2013-2016) and was a member of the Board of Directors of Spcine-Empresa de Cinema e Audiovisual de São Paulo (2015-2017). In 2010, he coordinated the Cultural Production in Brazil series, which resulted in four books and more than 100 videos, making public the thoughts of important agents of Brazilian culture. The beginning of his professional activity was at SESC - Rio de Janeiro, with emphasis on Geringonça - Redemoinho Artístico. He was a Consultant to the Ministry of Culture for the Center for Management and Strategic Affairs in Brasília during the Gilberto Gil administration.
