Thalyta Cardoso Alux Teixeira

Graduated in Nursing from the Nursing School of Ribeirão Preto at University of Sao Paulo (2004), Masters in Nursing the Nursing School of Ribeirão Preto at University of Sao Paulo (2007) and a doctorate in sciences the Nursing School of Ribeirão Preto at University of Sao Paulo (2012) . Currently she is professor at Universidade Paulista and she was nurse in Intensive Care Unit, Hospital Vera Cruz (Campinas-SP). Member of the Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau International and member of the Brazilian Network for Nursing and Patient Safety. He has experience in nursing, with emphasis on elementary and Medical-Surgical Nursing, acting on the following topics: medication error, medication, medication system, systems analysis and prescription, risk, management, patient safety.
