Andrea Glezer

She holds a degree in Medicine from the University of São Paulo (1997) and a doctorate in Endocrinology from the University of São Paulo (2005). Currently, she is an attending physician at the Hospital das Clínicas of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo, head of the neuroendocrinology unit at the Hospital das Clínicas of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo. She is a researcher at LIM-25 of the Faculty of Medicine of USP and a collaborating professor of Endocrinology and Metabolism. She supervises postgraduate students at the Master's and Doctoral levels. She is the coordinator of the Neuroendocrinology Department of the Brazilian Society of Endocrinology and Metabolism (SBEM), a member of the Endocrine Society, and a member of the Stering Committee of the Pituitary Society. She has experience in the field of Medicine, with an emphasis on Endocrinology and Metabolism, mainly working on the following topics: neuroendocrinology, prolactinoma, pituitary tumors, pituitary incidentalomas, and hypophysitis.
