Professor-researcher of the Master's and Doctorate program in Administration at Centro Universitário Campo Limpo Paulista and the Master's in Administration at the University of Marília. Professor of the Administration course at the Federal University of São Paulo. He has dedicated himself to research in Information Management in the Context of Organizations for 35 years. Author of more than 70 scientific articles, being responsible and creator (1st author) for almost all of them. He has published 10 books, 6 of them by Editora Saraiva and 3 by Springer Nature. He has managed projects for international consulting firms such as Ernst Young, Plaut and Hewlett-Packard. During 2013-2016 he coordinated three consultancy projects funded by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD). Responsible for five scientific research projects funded by FAPESP and CNPq. Post-doctorate in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo (2006), PhD in Business Administration in the area of Information Systems from the São Paulo School of Business Administration of Fundação Getúlio Vargas (2001), Master in Management of Information Systems Information (1995) and a bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis (1990) from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas.
