Full Professor in Ergonomics, Health and Work at FCA Unicamp (2021), specialist in Ergonomics in Production Engineering at the Polytechnic School of USP (2001), with a PhD (2008) and Master's (2004) in Agricultural Engineering in Ergonomics from the State University of Campinas. She has experience in the field of Ergonomics, mainly in Activity Ergonomics / AET (Ergonomic Analysis of Work); Health and Work; Change Laboratory and Complexity Theory. She is an Associate Professor II (MS 5.2) at Unicamp's Faculty of Applied Sciences, where she has worked since 2009 in the field of engineering, teaching Ergonomics, Health and Work, and has also worked on sustainable management. From 2018 to 2025, she was FCA's Undergraduate Coordinator, which involved the activities of 6 undergraduate courses: Nutrition; Sports Sciences; Production Engineering; Manufacturing Engineering; Administration and Public Administration. In postgraduate studies, she is a full professor and vice-coordinator of the ICHSA - Interdisciplinary Master's Degree Course in Applied Human and Social Sciences at FCA-Unicamp, supervising research on Ergonomics within the Sustainability and Social Protection research line, as well as a collaborating professor in the Postgraduate Program in Scientific and Technological Policy at Unicamp's Geosciences Institute, as well as one of the coordinators of Unicamp's Agroecology Network, together with the Terra program. Since 2010, she has been the coordinator of ErgoLab (Ergonomics, Health and Work Research Laboratory https://sites.google.com/view/ergolab), which is a space for developing interdisciplinary research with the aim of studying work in production systems in its multiple dimensions. Thus, in addition to promoting health, safety and comfort for people who work, important knowledge is generated for the quality and productivity of organizations. Some sectors have been the focus of ErgoLab's research, such as agriculture, semi-jewelry manufacturing, health, education and energy transmission in the electricity sector. She is a member of the group that created the Work Engineering Initiative (IET) and the International Territory, Work and Health Network (T2S). he has been Editor-in-Chief of ABERGO's (Brazilian Ergonomics Association) journal Ação Ergonômica since May 2025.
