Architect (1990) with masters degree in Development and Environment (1999), at the Federal University of Paraíba-UFPB, Brazil. PhD in Sciences (NTM) at University of São Paulo-USP (2006), on the thesis entitled: Urban Forest. Post-doctorates in Urban and Regional Studies by the Institute for Nuclear and Energy Research-IPEN and Federal University of Sergipe-UFS. Researcher on Earth Cover Changes at Michigan State University-MSU (2007). Collaborated in the United Nations Project of Maceió-SEMED/UNDP) 2018.
