Bachelors degree in Pharmacy and Biochemistry from Universidade Paulista (UNIP), with specializations in Biotechnology from Faculdades Oswaldo Cruz (FOC) and in Applied Statistics from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU). Holds a Masters degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP) and is currently pursuing a degree in Production Engineering at Universidade Virtual do Estado de São Paulo (UNIVESP). Has consolidated experience in both basic research and the pharmaceutical industry, having worked between 2004 and 2008 at research institutions (USP and Instituto Butantan) and, since 2008, in the industrial sector.Currently serves as a Specialist in Biotechnological Research and Development at Blau Farmacêutica S/A, with responsibilities including the management of applied research projects, planning and monitoring of preclinical studies, preparation of conclusive technical reports, strategic support to development teams, development of alternative analytical methodologies, management of the cell bank, and technical leadership of small teams.Led an improvement project focused on the development of an alternative in vitro analytical methodology to replace in vivo methods traditionally used for biological potency assays, conducted in partnership between Blau Farmacêutica S/A and UNIFESP. The results of this project were presented at the IX UNIFESP Academic Congress 2023, at the ISSCR 2023 São Paulo International Symposium, From Concept to Clinic: Advances in Stem Cell Research, and at the 12th World Congress on Alternatives and Animal Use in the Life Sciences.Has experience in the preparation of documentation for submission to regulatory agencies, in compliance with national and international standards based on Anvisa, EMA, and FDA guidelines.Possesses solid experience in production processes (Upstream and Downstream) of biological and biotechnological products; development and validation of analytical methods; and stability and comparability studies. Proficient in advanced analytical techniques such as High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), Capillary Electrophoresis, Total Nitrogen Extraction, as well as molecular biology techniques including SDS-PAGE, Western Blotting, ELISA, DNA extraction, cloning, sequencing, and cell culture experiments such as biological potency assays, cell viability assays, and cell morphology microscopy.His professional experience combines a strong technical-scientific foundation, a high level of integration between applied research and technological innovation, and strategic expertise in the planning, development, and execution of new production processes, analytical methods, preclinical studies, and project management.
