Solano de Camargo

PhD professor of international law at the Faculty of Law of USP. Postdoctoral degree in in International Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra. PhD and Master in International and comparative Law from the University of São Paulo, where he is graduated. Researcher at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto (Portugal), as split PhD. Expert in International Law from PUC-SP; postgraduate degree in Administration of Legal Services at FGV Law-SP; graduated in French Law at Master's student at Droit pénal des affaires at the Faculté de droit de l'Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 (France) - Pites Project (USP - Lyon 3). President of the OAB-SP Privacy and Data Protection Commission. Coordinator at International Courts Research Group (NETI-USP). He is Lecturer in the course of FGV-SP Law School; member of IBA (International Bar Association), SLADI (Latin-American Society of International Law), ILA (International Law Association), Editorial Evaluation Council of the Brazilian Congress of International Law and senior partner of Lee, Brock Camargo Law Firm, where he is responsible for Civil Litigation, Electronic Law and Consumer Law. He is the author of the books "Recognition of Foreign Judgements and Anomalous Jurisdictions" (Editora Quartier Latin); "Forum Shopping - the choice of the most favorable Jurisdiction" (Intelecto Editora); "Wagons War" (Editora Casa do Novo Autor); in addition to coordinating several books, publishing several articles in journals and collective works.
