Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP). Faculdade de Engenharia Mecânica (FEM) (Institutional affiliation from the last research proposal) Birthplace: Brazil
Mechanical Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in dynamic systems modeling and product development. Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from Unicamp (1996), Master Degree (1998) and Doctorate Degree (2002) at the same university, in the area of dynamic systems and rotating machines, using finite element method and multi-body dynamics. I have worked in the automotive industry at T-Systems (2003-2004) and Ford Motor Company (2008-2011), focusing on the areas of comfort analysis, structural dynamics of the body and vehicle integration by sub-structuring. I currently work in the aeronautical industry, Embraer (2004 -2008) and again from 2011, in the area of Flight Control Systems on the design of Control Laws and Logics. My current occupation is development of embedded systems for Fly by Wire flight control systems, including requirements specification, model build, test proposals and aircraft integration following the standards of ARP-4754, DO-178C and DO 331 (Model Based Design).
