Geographer with a bachelor's degree from the University of São Paulo (2003). He holds a Ph.D. in Sciences from the same university (2024), with a focus on Physical Geography. He earned a Master's degree in Sustainable Development from the University of Brasília (2013), with an emphasis on traditional peoples and territories, specifically in the Indigenous modality. He is also a Specialist in Geoprocessing from the Centro Universitário Senac-SP (2007), with a focus on environmental planning and management.He is currently the General Coordinator of Environmental Enforcement at the Municipal Secretariat for the Environment of São Paulo (SVMA). He previously served as Director of Environmental Heritage within the same Secretariat. He has worked as a geographer at the Department of Protected Areas of the Ministry of the Environment and the Brazilian Forest Service and was Head of the Bororé-Colônia Environmental Protection Area. He also works as a lecturer in higher education, as well as a speaker and consultant.His areas of expertise include socio-environmental planning, assessment, and management; anthropogeography, sociobiodiversity, and biocultural diversity; territoriality of Indigenous and traditional peoples; creation, demarcation, and management of protected areas; land georeferencing; geoprocessing; and historical cartography.
