He graduated in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP) in 1998. Started his Masters in 2000 concluding that by the same university in 2002 in the Functional and Molecular Biology area. Both the Masters and in PhD which was then initiated and completed in October 2007 he worked at the Laboratory of Thermodynamics of Proteins - Department of Biochemistry (IB-UNICAMP). He is currently post-doctoral student of Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (CCS - Gregorio Weber Laboratory of Virus and Proteins - UFRJ) and Visiting Professor at Universidade Estadual de Feira de Santana (UEFS) from the laboratory Bioengineering and Unit Operations III. Also in UEFS the same subjects of the Minister of Transport Phenomena for students of Computer Engineering and Biochemical Engineering and Unit Operations III for students of Food Engineering. Have experience in biochemistry, with emphasis on thermodynamics of macromolecules, acting mainly in the following areas: cooperative, association, denaturation, aggregation, alosterismo models, physico-chemical characterization and the combined effect of high pressure, temperature and effectors in these systems.
