Vânia Pais Cabral

Medical Veterinary formed in 1998 from the Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP) "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" - Faculty of Agricultural and Veterinary Sciences - Jaboticabal Campus.He completed the Master (2003) at the Graduate Veterinary Surgery UNESP Jaboticabal Program. Dissertation Title: "Macroscopic and morphometric aspects of lacrimal and glands of the third eyelid of domestic dogs."He received the doctor title (2008) at the Graduate Program in Veterinary Surgery by UNESP defending the thesis entitled "Proposal for a model of the third eyelid gland prolapse in dogs - clinical study and morphology"She taught the undergraduate course in Veterinary Medicine at the University Center of Maringá (CESUMAR - 2002-2008) and the Center for Integrated Field Morão (CIES - 2002-2004). In this period, in both institutions, he was responsible for the coordination of disciplines: (1) Descriptive Anatomy of Domestic Animals and (2) Topographic Anatomy.He joined the Department of Biological Sciences Section of Anatomy, Federal University of Paraná (2008). In taught institution for undergraduate courses in agronomy; Biological Sciences; Science and Biomedicine in Anatomy of subjects of Domestic Animals I and II; Anatomy of Zootechnics Interest of Animals; Anatomy and Histology and Comparative Research I and II.Developed at UFPR the following administrative activities: (1) representative of the Board and the Organizing Internship Committee (COE) in the courses of Biological Sciences, Science and Biomedicine; (2) Member of the Ethics Committee on Animal Use (CEUA) of the Life Sciences Sector; (3) Sector Representative of the UFPR Internship Board and (4) Representative alternate member of the Research Committee.In UFPR participated Extension Courses in Dairy Cattle area (Animal Science) and Teaching Methods (Faculty of Public Network) lecturing and performing practical activities.He directed various academic veterinary medicine courses, Life Sciences and Animal Husbandry in Start Programs Teaching, Scientific Initiation and Academic or Voluntary.Concluded the period Postdoctoral (08/2014 - 02/2016) next to Program Graduate School of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science, University of São Paulo (FMVZ / USP) developing scientific activities in Communication Research Cell Line .It is currently Morphology Laboratory of Comparative Coordinator of Vertebrates in the Department of Anatomy UFPR and has the following lines of research: (1) Comparative Morphology and Applied Digestive apparatus of Vertebrates; (2) Cellular Communication; (3) Clinical Pathology Gastric Mucosal Equine.
