Katia Barros de Lacerda

Katia Lacerda holds a Master's Degree in Transport Engineering from the Military Engineering Institute, Naval Engineering Specialist and Floating Offshore System, by the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Civil Engineer, by the Santa Úrsula University, Technologist in Navigation Systems, Faculty of Technology Jaú and Technique in Electronics, formed by the technical school Electra. He has extensive experience in regularization, classification services of vessels, materials, navigation systems, stability, structure, tow, sea trial, safty, maneuverability of vessel and barge train, and exerts an important role in the development of the waterway model in Brazil.
