Carlos de Oliveira Cardoso

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the State University of São Paulo - USP (1997), Master's degree in Civil Engineering - COPPE / UFRJ (1999) and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering - COPPE / UFRJ (2005). Currently is Master Civil Engineer and a consultant in the area of research and development for Petrobras' submarine pipeline projects, with experience in structural engineering, emphasis on subsea engineering, working mainly on the following topics: design and installation of underwater rigid pipelines, thermomechanical analysis of pipelines, fatigue analysis induced by vibrations in pipelines, pipeline-soil interaction, shallow foundations and depths of subsea equipment and platforms (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
