We consider qualitative and geometric properties of solutions to elliptic and parabolic problems. Our main focus is the regularity theory for free boundary problems as well as geometric PDE's. Those problems are in connection with some questions in Conformal Geometry and reaction diffusion problems exhibiting certain nondegeneracy, singularities or with anomalous diffusions. (AU)
We consider a free boundary problem for a nondivergence form elliptic operator and with right hand side (reaction term). Our main focus is the regularity theory for the free boundary developed recently by D. de Silva and O. Savin, which is based in Harnack type inequalities and small perturbation solutions. We are interested in geometric and qualitative properties of elliptic and parabolic problems such as curvature driven evolutions equations and free boundaries problems. These kind of problems have either geometric motivations or came from reaction-diffusion models. (AU)
