Gisele Ross Urbano

She holds a bachelor's degree in Biology from the State University of Londrina (1992), a Master's degree in Food Science from the State University of Londrina (1995) and a PhD in Food Technology from the State University of Campinas (2002).She was a university professor for 20 years. She is currently at the forefront of a consulting firm in the area of Food Hygiene and Safety, Consultech.She is an auditor and consultant to ISO / NBR 9000, 22000 and 17025 Standards.Her areas of practice are hygiene, legislation, food microbiology and mycotoxins.Minister courses, trainings and lectures in this area, including all aspects of Quality Management, considered a strategic factor for improvement and productivity in agribusiness.
