I have a degree and a PhD in Physics from the State University of Campinas (2008). I was a post-doc at the Fritz Haber Institute of the Max Planck Society and Helmholtz Zentrum Berlin for Materials and Energy. I am currently a researcher at the Brazilian Synchrotron Light Laboratory. My research is based on exploring different aspects of radiation-matter interaction in the X-ray region to understand the relationship between macroscopic properties and electronic structure of materials.
