Guilherme Alexandre Wiedman

Graduation and doctorate in Architecture and Urban Planning from University of Sao Paulo. Professional experience includes composite materials technology, natural binders, furniture design and industrial production of sustainable building materials. Has worked as an independent consultant in the following areas: bamboo constructions, plyboo technology and natural fibers for ecomaterials. Worked as R&D director in a manufacturing plant and since 2009 occupies a position as Science and Technology Analyst for the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation, being currently responsible for public policies related to Technology for Sustainable Cities.
