Materials Engineer (1999) from Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), Master in Science and Materials Engineering (2000) and PhD in Science and Materials Engineering (2004) from Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar). Currently act as Product Engineer at the Brazilian National Institute for Space Research, INPE, working with materials and process development as well as definition of requirements for materials and processes and qualification of processes for space applications in INPEs satellites. Worked as a consultant in the development of orthopedic trauma products for several Brazilian industries and in failure and corrosion analysis at the Materials Characterization and Development Center (CCDM-UFSCar). Worked as a consultant in the implementation of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality systems for healthcare companies. Worked as Product and Process Development Manager at Quinelato, a company of surgical and dental instruments. Worked as Product Development Manager at Conexão Sistemas de Prosthesis, a dental implant company. Worked as Manager of Regulatory Affairs, Production and Technical Responsible for Synthes, a Swiss multinational of orthopedic implants, acquired by JnJ, currently Depuy Synthes.
