Lauro Massao Yamada da Silveira

Holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (2002) and holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of São Paulo (2009). Worked at Prysmian Cables & Systems with umbilical cable design from 2007 to 2011. Since 2011 he has been an engineering manager at the Kongsberg Maritime do Brasil. He has experience in the area of Submerged Cables Mechanics, working mainly in the following subjects: design, structural analysis, fatigue calculation, integrity management.
