Pharmacist-biochemist with a degree from the University of São Paulo (2002) and a PhD in Natural Inputs - Drugs and Medicines from the University of São Paulo (2007), with a post-doctorate in the use of plant species to obtain inputs for the cosmetics industry (Phytobios, 2009) and an MBA in Strategic Management (UFPR, 2014). During her undergraduate and doctoral studies, she received several awards from the Brazilian Cosmetology Association and the José Pedro de Araújo Foundation Award. She worked as a researcher at IBP - Instituto de Bioengenharia da Pele - EVIC Brasil, focusing on clinical research into cosmetic products (2008). She worked as a researcher and coordinator of the Technological Research area at the Boticário Group. She is a consultant specialising in cosmetics on the topics of certification of natural products and cosmetics according to the COSMOS and Natrue references and on access to and benefit sharing from the use of Brazilian biodiversity. She was a classroom lecturer at UNISOCIESC and an online lecturer at the Ânima Group (Ãnima Digital). She is currently responsible for private sustainability projects and benchmarks, such as COSMOS, Rainforest Alliance, Input Attestation, Textile Standards( TextileExchange - GRS, RCS - and GOTS).
