I am an experienced technologist with over 25 years? experience across various roles, countries and verticals. Especially interested in what many people now call digital transformation, or in a more precise definition: using the right technologies and the most innovative methodologies - pragmatically and in a measurable way - to transform businesses by creating new, always evolving, experiences. I have extensive experience and proven results in digital solutions, innovation processes, product management and software development projects and programs using agile and lean methodologies at scale. I also have experience in leadership of high performing teams and organizations. I began my career as a researcher in the academy and also for 7+ years in private research institutes, and than moved to more technical roles such as developer, business analyst and innovation analyst, and I had the privilege of working with a wide range of technologies, from legacy modernization to emerging technologies such as IoT, Moble, Artificial Intelligence data -AI, among others. Since 2013, I am acting in leadership and executive management positions, having passed through the roles of Head of Delivery, General Manager and most recently Managing Director. As Managing Director, I am responsible as the end-to-end accountable for the business, being responsible for the vision, plans, the strategy and - most importantly - the strategy execution; while I am part of the global leadership board. My responsibilities include: Vision, strategy and business growth (EBITDA, margins, people, etc.); Relationships with customers and presence in the market; Develop the business to meet the current and future needs of customers; Create a culture of cultivation between people and a learning organization; Support, develop and mentor/coach new leaders; and Ensure that we deliver excellent business results through technology.
